Provides comprehensive care for patients with hematologic disorders and cancer, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management in outpatient and/or inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and treat hematologic and oncologic conditions
* Develop and manage treatment plans and therapies
* Monitor patient progress and manage side effects
* Educate patients and families on care plans
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate medical documentation

Qualifications:

* MD or DO degree
* Board certified or board eligible in Hematology/Oncology
* Active or eligible state medical license and DEA

Work Environment:

* Clinic and/or hospital setting

Requirements

Must maintain state certification and/or licensure required.
