• 8+ years of experience in Manual/Automation Testing
• Able to Develop test cases and automation scripts for core applications and new features and ensure defect-free release of the application. Review the customer requirements document the Test Plan detailing a systematic approach to testing including test scope, schedules, responsibilities, approach, reporting, etc. Also, provide inputs on the effort estimation for testing
• Strong background in Manual testing, Web application testing, and Black box testing.
  Experience in testing an application migrated from legacy technologies to new technologies
• Willing to learn the application self and plan QA self
• Experience in Webservice testing SOAP/REST.
• Co-ordinate between onsite/offshore teams, customers, and other support groups for smooth implementation of testing and to manage escalations as required
• Review the development of test cases, test scripts, and test data for functional and non-functional testing. Ensure review defects are fixed and closed.
• Carry out sanity checks on all core applications by running automated scripts and publishing the results for integration tests. Analyze the test results by performing.
• Root cause analysis and suggest necessary actions as required such as bug resolution, code optimization etc. Ensure test defects are tracked to closure

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
