Position: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse(LPN/LVN)

Start Date: 1/20/2025

Duration: 13 weeks - Tuesday start dates!

Location: Kaneohe, Participates in the planning for and provision of patient care. Uses knowledge of asepsis in the performance of treatments, such as sterile dressings, irritations, and cauterizations. Provides functional direction to ancillary personnel.

• 1+ year Home Health experience - REQUIRED
• Travel experience - REQUIRED
• Active and clear Driver's license and Car Insurance - REQUIRED
• Hawaii license - REQUIRED
• Homecare Home Base and OASIS - REQUIRED
• Arrhythmia Certification - Preferred
• Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS IRS-established rate)
