Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has an opening for a full-time Ultrasound Technologist position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Shift: Days, Full Time
Salary: $95,000.00 to $106,000.00
Prepares and performs ultrasound examinations on patients. Collaborates with physicians on examinations.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Essential: walking, twisting body, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking; reaching above and at shoulder level; repetitive arm/hand motions; static gripping of an object for prolonged periods; frequent gripping of an object.
- Continuous: sitting, reaching below shoulder level.
- Frequent: standing, stooping/bending, pushing/pulling maximum weight of 50 pounds of force.
- Occasional: sitting, kneeling, climbing stairs, squatting, lifting, and carrying weight of 10 pounds up to 20 pounds.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
- Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.
- Must be able to adjust the schedule for "on-call" coverage involving, but not limited to, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- May be subjected to stressful situations when dealing with multiple and/or conflicting demands from multiple customers.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Prior recent experience as a diagnostic medical sonographer or Echo Ultrasound Technologist in an acute health care facility preferred.
Education:
- Graduate of a CAAHEP (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs) approved school of Ultrasound Technology or other approved program as determined by the department;
- or registered Radiologic Technologist with two (2) years supervised work/training in diagnostic ultrasound.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Must be registered by or registry candidate of ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) in Abdomen and OB/GYN sonography.
- Registered by ARDMS as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) preferred.
- Current BLS/HCP certification is required

- Ability to use critical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments/projects respond to numerous requests and work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team.
