Job Description

High Performance Engines Pro? Time to Trade Wrenches for Legacy.

If you’ve been hands-on with performance engines, drivability diagnostics, and electrical systems for a while—and you’ve got the battle scars and pride to prove it—this might be your next move.

My team is working with a respected technical training program in the Mountain West that’s hiring a High Performance Engines Instructor. No classroom background needed—just your industry experience, a mentor’s mindset, and the ability to guide students who are hungry to learn.

You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be in the shop, working with students on real builds, real systems, and real troubleshooting. You'll have support, structured curriculum, and a team that values tradespeople and the knowledge they bring to the table.

This opportunity is based in a community with strong roots, open skies, and a whole lot of horsepower. If you’re into outdoor adventure, mountain-town life, and the idea of helping the next generation rise up in the trades—we should talk.

Must have:

  • 5+ years in automotive or high-performance engine work
  • Diagnostics & electrical systems experience
  • Computer comfort (you’ll be trained on educational tools)
  • ASE certs/dyno work? Great. But attitude matters more.

If this sounds like the kind of opportunity that aligns with your skills and values—or if you know someone built for this kind of impact—feel free to apply or send a resume confidentially. All inquiries will be handled discreetly, and I’d be glad to share more details with those open to learning more.

Let’s build something that lasts.
