Are you looking for a High-Reach position for a reputable company in Concord, NC? Randstad is currently hiring High Reach operators, must have at least 18 months expereinece with a high-reach forklift. Must have a High School Diplmoa or GED and reliable transportation. Experience with inventory and warehouse software, databases and systems prefered. This is a second shift, Monday - Friday. This position will require a clean Background and ability to pass a drug screening. Please apply today as this position will fill quickly!

salary: $20.85 - $20.86 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 3:30 PM - 11:30 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Associates must be able to:
  • Use High Reach to put away pallets from receiving dock to pickfaces and storage
locations
  • Read and understand location sequencing
  • Use material handling equipment to pick pallets for shipping and replenishing
pickfaces
  • Perform wave full pallet picking functions and replenishing of pickfaces
  • Problem solve and accurately count all types of items
  • Safely unload pallets from trucks
  • Stage pallets within appropriate lanes
  • Notify Team Leads of any exceptions
  • Use material handling equipment, once trained, to transfer product to appropriate
random storage or pickface location
  • Identify and apply LPNs to corresponding pallets
  • Count product to ensure accurate delivery and reception of order
The essential functions of this role include:
  • working in a smoke free environment
  • wearing steel toe shoes
  • working in a non-temperature controlled environment
Skills * Reach Truck Operation
  • Material Handling
  • Time Management
  • Stand Up Forklifts
Qualifications * Years of experience: 2 years
  • Experience level: Experienced
