Job Description
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
School-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity available in the Chattanooga, TN area, serving elementary, middle, and high schools. This contract role supports schools in delivering effective behavioral interventions and supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 10-12 students across multiple school levels including elementary, middle, and high school
- Provide direct behavior analytic services and implement individualized behavior plans
- Supervise 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), offering guidance and performance oversight
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection consistent with professional standards
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and licensure requirements
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA licensure and National Certification required
- Experience providing services in school settings preferred
- Strong supervisory skills with previous experience managing RBT caseloads
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques tailored to diverse student needs
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
