Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available in the Chattanooga, TN area. This contract role involves supporting students at elementary, middle, and high schools with a focus on providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Responsibilities include overseeing a caseload of 10-12 students while supervising 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The BCBA will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with school staff to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA licensure
  • National BCBA certification
  • Experience working in school settings (elementary, middle, or high school)
  • Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Location:

  • Schools located in Chatsworth, GA with services provided in the greater Chattanooga, TN area
