Saint Mary's High School in Manhasset, New York, is seeking a full time, benefits-eligible Leave‑Replacement Mathematics Teacher to join its Mathematics Department effective immediately through the end of June. Position Responsibilities Teach up to five sections of Mathematics, including Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, and/or related courses. Ability to teach AP Calculus, AP Computer Science Principles, and/or AP Statistics is preferred. Collaborate effectively with department colleagues and administration to support curricular goals. Demonstrate openness to professional feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement in instructional practice. Participate in departmental, grade‑level, and school‑wide meetings and professional development initiatives. Contribute to the extracurricular and co‑curricular life of the school community. Teach and lead students in a manner consistent with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church and the mission of Saint Mary's High School. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. New York State teacher certification, or active progress toward certification, preferred.
