Job Description:

• Develop, configure, and maintain HIL test benches for ECU validation

• Perform HIL testing for automotive ECUs (Powertrain, ADAS, Body, Chassis, or Infotainment)

• Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on system and software requirements

• Perform system commissioning, integration, and bring-up of ECUs on test benches and vehicles

• Debug hardware, software, and communication issues during testing and commissioning

• Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze test results

• Support fault injection, boundary testing, and regression testing

• Work closely with system, software, and calibration teams to resolve issues

• Document test results, defects, and validation reports

• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and quality processes

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering

• Strong experience with HIL systems (dSPACE, NI, Vector, ETAS, or similar)

• Hands-on experience in ECU commissioning and integration

• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet

• Experience with test automation tools (Python, CAPL, MATLAB/Simulink, TestStand, ControlDesk, CANoe)

• Good understanding of ECU architecture, sensors, and actuators

• Experience in debugging hardware and software issues
