Job Description:

Develop, configure, and maintain HIL test benches for ECU validation

Perform HIL testing for automotive ECUs (Powertrain, ADAS, Body, Chassis, or Infotainment)

Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on system and software requirements

Perform system commissioning, integration, and bring-up of ECUs on test benches and vehicles
-
Debug hardware, software, and communication issues during testing and commissioning
-
Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze test results
-
Support fault injection, boundary testing, and regression testing
-
Work closely with system, software, and calibration teams to resolve issues
-
Document test results, defects, and validation reports
-
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and quality processes
-
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering
-
Strong experience with HIL systems (dSPACE, NI, Vector, ETAS, or similar)
-
Hands-on experience in ECU commissioning and integration
-
Knowledge of automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet

Experience with test automation tools (Python, CAPL, MATLAB/Simulink, TestStand, ControlDesk, CANoe)
-
Good understanding of ECU architecture, sensors, and actuators

Experience in debugging hardware and software issues
