Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hogan Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on hands-on development, testing, and application design within a Hogan Mainframe Environment. This role involves moving code across environments and performing end-to-end cross-application testing to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and design applications within the Hogan Mainframe Environment.
  • Responsible for JCL programming, testing, conversion monitoring, and verification.
  • Design, develop, install, test, and document complex applications software at client product installations.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components.
  • Enhance Front End support methodology for Business Analysts.

Requirements:

  • Substantial knowledge of Hogan applications, including: Hogan Deposits (DDA & TDA), Hogan RPM, Hogan CIS, Hogan Umbrella, Hogan PAS, Hogan ODS, Hogan CAMS.
  • Extensive knowledge of Hogan's process dictionary components and PCDs.
  • Strong experience in conversions, development, and implementing new Hogan system releases.
  • Proficient in: CICS/VSAM and/or IMS/DB2, COBOL II, Easytrieve, JCL, MVS operating system.
  • Mainframe tools such as Expeditor, Endeavor, Changeman, SORT Utilities, and ICTOOL.
  • Experience with software design, software development life cycle, development methodologies, and implementation.
  • Good understanding of Hogan concepts such as Hogan Umbrella, PEM, CDMF, Librarian, Logical Environments, and Hogan Abend identification and resolution (both online and batch).
  • Superior problem-solving capabilities and communication skills (verbal and written).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with IDZ and GitHub.
  • Knowledge of Hogan CIS, DDA, TDA, PAS, ODS, memo posts, mobile banking, API, and streaming Hogan experience.
