Job Summary:The Service / Installation Technician will install, troubleshoot, and repair various equipment related to smart home automation systems in high-end residences and some commercial spaces. You will be a one to two-person team, handling project execution as required. The Service Technician will work in the field, traveling to job sites around the Denver area as well as homes in the mountains. The Service / Installation Technician will be in charge of the full scope of the job / service request and ultimately reaching a solution, and is responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned. Key Job Responsibilities:Complete complex installs, setup, and calibration of home automation equipmentAdvanced troubleshooting of Control4 systems and integrated technologiesCustom programming in Control4Assigned Vehicle care and maintenance Minimum Job Requirements:1-3 years installation experience in the AV industryControl4 Associate Installer and Automation Programmer certificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly detailed, organized, and drivenProactive, self-directing, and goal-orientedResponsible and able to work independentlyValid driver’s license, good driving record, and pass a background checkAbility to climb a ladder of at least 15' and lift 50 pounds
