Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Part-Time/Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

All Connecticut Home Care Services is currently hiring compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support our clients in maintaining their independence and well-being at home. If you're caring, dependable, and want to make a difference in someone’s life, we’d love to have you join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Support with mobility and the use of assistive devices (manual or electronic)

• Provide daily medication reminders

• Help with meal preparation and feeding

• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and keeping living areas clean

• Offer emotional support and companionship

• Accompany clients on errands, appointments, or outings as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required

• Genuinely caring and compassionate nature

• Able to read, follow care plans, and work independently

• Must pass a background check

• Legally eligible to work in the United States
