This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well under pressure, and enjoys balancing scheduling, people support, and problem-solving. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive reliable, high-quality care while helping caregivers succeed. Key Responsibilities Caregiver Recruitment & Onboarding Recruit, screen, and interview qualified caregivers Maintain an active caregiver pipeline Coordinate onboarding and hiring documentation Ensure all employment requirements are completed accurately Scheduling & Staffing Coordination Create and manage caregiver schedules for client assignments Fill open shifts and respond to call‑offs quickly Ensure consistent staffing coverage with minimal disruptions Match caregivers appropriately based on client needs and compatibility Time Tracking & Compliance Track and verify caregiver hours weekly Maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid services Monitor service hours to ensure care plan compliance Caregiver Support & Accountability Maintain regular communication with caregivers Address attendance, reliability, and performance concerns Reinforce scheduling expectations and accountability Support caregiver retention and engagement Client & Family Support Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and families Conduct client satisfaction follow‑ups Resolve service concerns promptly and professionally Ensure care plans are followed appropriately Qualifications Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, or customer service preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively Reliable transportation required Professional, dependable, and responsive attitude What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Opportunity for career growth and leadership advancement Supportive team environment Meaningful work that directly impacts clients and caregivers Stable, growing healthcare organization About Circle of Care St. Louis Circle of Care St. Louis is committed to providing compassionate, dependable home care services throughout the community.
