Summary We're hiring Caregivers to work with home‑based patients in Rogersville, MO. 1:1 Patient Care Life‑Friendly Scheduling Responsibilities Job Summary: The Caregiver/Aide with the Personal Care Services team provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions to allow individuals to remain at home. Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, transfers, toilet assistance, etc.) Reports observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager. Drives safely, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seat belt when traveling for business. Assists with household tasks essential to clients' personal care. Education and Experience Six months experience in home care preferred. Skill Requirements Work flexible hours as required to meet patient needs. Ability to function in any home situation regardless of patient characteristics. Work independently. Multi‑task, self‑directed, good time management, courteous, common sense. Good communication, writing, and organizational skills. Maintain confidentiality and work harmoniously with diverse families.
