Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to support seamless patient care services.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration and safety measures when needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and quality assurance protocols in the pharmacy environment.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician, specifically with home infusion pharmacy practices.
- Knowledge of pharmacy terminology, laws, and procedures related to medication handling.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients, pharmacists, and healthcare team members.
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.
