We are hiring Homemakers/ Personal Care Aides (PCA) in Allendale and surrounding areas to provide light housekeeping and personal care to our clients. The ideal candidate is a compassionate person who has both the ability to work independently and a dedicated willingness to help others. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and would like the opportunity to make a real difference in clients' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain a safe and healthy environment for the individual
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals in their homes as needed
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and/or assist as needed
- Perform light housekeeping task to include dusting, sweeping, and mopping genreal areas of home
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:
- Experience in personal care or home care preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
