We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospice Administrator / Director of Nursing to lead our exceptional team and uphold the standard of excellence our patients and families have come to trust.

Position Overview:

This dual-role leadership position is responsible for overseeing both clinical and administrative operations of our hospice program. As the Administrator / DON, you will guide a committed interdisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, and ensure the highest quality of care is delivered consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day hospice operations and clinical management
  • Supervise and support nursing and interdisciplinary care staff
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations
  • Oversee QA/QI programs and maintain accreditation standards
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and operational planning
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, patients, and families
Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hospice leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of Medicare/Medicaid hospice regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
