What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and motivate a hospitality team
- Manage meeting and event setup from start to finish
- Oversee daily office hospitality: guest reception, supplies, mail, and copy services
- Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Implement new best practices in staffing, service, and technology
- Set and execute short- and long-term goals that exceed client expectations
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in hospitality, office services, or a similar leadership role
- Experience managing teams of 5+
- Client-first mindset with strong leadership presence
- Hands-on, energetic, and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and A/V technology
