What You’ll Do

  • Lead, train, and motivate a hospitality team
  • Manage meeting and event setup from start to finish
  • Oversee daily office hospitality: guest reception, supplies, mail, and copy services
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Implement new best practices in staffing, service, and technology
  • Set and execute short- and long-term goals that exceed client expectations


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in hospitality, office services, or a similar leadership role
  • Experience managing teams of 5+
  • Client-first mindset with strong leadership presence
  • Hands-on, energetic, and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and A/V technology
