About the Position:

As the Hotel Director of Finance, you'll be the financial strategist at the core of our operations. You'll oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure the financial health of our establishment, which boasts a flourishing 200+ room setup and generates revenue between $5-8 million annually. Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 base salary with a potential 25% performance-based bonus.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience within the hotel industry.
• Experience with a hotel that has at least 200 rooms and comparable revenue generation.
• CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
