Hotel Night Auditor – Hampton Inn & Suites Glendale Westgate Compensation and Shift: $16.50‑$18.00 per hour (based on experience). Must be available to work 5 shifts a week, including weekends, from 10 pm‑6 am. All shifts are overnight. Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of hotel night audit or front desk experience. Responsibilities Daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food & beverage cash and credit operations, ensuring accuracy of the property's financial and accounting records. Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Provide the highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs. Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations. Make reservations, check‑in and check‑out guests, process payments. Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintaining a cash drawer, and operating office equipment. Ensure guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security, and emergency procedures. Qualifications Ability to work overnight from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Understanding of general accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up abilities.
