Job Summary
Offshore Montauk is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily property operations and guest experience beginning Summer Season 2026.
This role will lead front desk, housekeeping coordination, and overall guest services, ensuring a seamless and elevated stay consistent with Offshore Montauk’s coastal hospitality approach.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping coordination, and guest services
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, including self check-in workflows
- Maintain high standards across cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure room readiness
- Partner with the Leadership Team on operational performance and guest experience initiatives
- Monitor occupancy, rate execution, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in hotel operations or front office leadership
- Experience with PMS systems (Cloudbeds preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
- Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to wear many hats throughout the property
Compensation
- $65,000-$75,000/annual
Schedule
- Full-time, including weekends and holidays during peak season
- Year-round role with flexibility for winter time off
