Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Oversight: Manage all day-to-day operations across hotels, multifamily, and single-family assets.
  • Financial Performance: Own rent roll, occupancy targets, NOI growth, and expense control.
  • Leasing & Tenant Relations: Oversee leasing, renewals, tenant communications, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintenance & Vendors: Establish and manage maintenance SLAs, turn timelines, and vendor performance; collaborate with the existing property team.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Implement daily task lists, weekly reviews, and monthly KPI dashboards to track performance.
  • Process & Systems: Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for property operations, maintenance, and tenant management.
  • Team Coordination: Define reporting lines and decision rights between property staff, vendors, and ownership.
  • Special Projects: Support renovations, CapEx planning, and strategic initiatives across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in property or portfolio management (mix of residential and hospitality preferred).
  • Proven track record managing 100+ units or $20M+ portfolio.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience implementing systems and dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Comfortable managing vendors and maintenance teams; able to set expectations and hold people accountable.
  • Financial acumen—able to analyze rent rolls, expenses, and ROI.
  • Tech-savvy with property management software and reporting tools.
  • Collaborative and assertive, with the ability to navigate challenging personalities and environments
