Do you need a flexible schedule and want to earn $16.50 an hour?
This job is simple and low-stress. Your job is to clean our customers' homes by being trained by one of our senior cleaners (and the notes I put for each clean). For this position, YOU MUST:
- be able to work mornings
- show up on time
- have a reliable car
- have a smartphone
- be able to follow a cleaning checklist/instructions
How will this work?
I have a booking system where everything from clocking in/out, cleaning notes, and cleaning checklist can be accessed from the app. It's a very simple process.
I will provide all the cleaning supplies and PAID TRAINING.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general house cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Make beds
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning checklists, procedures, and guidelines
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning products and equipment
Please note that the specific job requirements will be mostly the same, but may vary depending on the type of cleaning service the customer purchases (i.e. Standard Cleaning vs Deep Cleaning).

We pay weekly.
What areas do you cover? How far will I have to drive?
We cover from Lenoir, Valdese, Hickory, Conover, and surrounding. I make every effort to book the cleans that are closest to you. In most cases, you will drive 5-20 minutes. Sometimes it will have to be further.
Do you train?
Yes, we have paid training.
Is this a W2 position?
Yes.
