Housekeeper Apply
The primary responsibilities of the HOUSEKEEPER involve the upkeep of each apartment to enhance and maintain its appeal. The HOUSEKEEPER will also assist other maintenance and property team members as directed, in their efforts to manage the property efficiently.
Requirements
- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
- Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids, mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, window squeegees, scrubbers, small ladders, screwdrivers and other miscellaneous hand tools
Responsibilities
- Cleans the office and restrooms daily
- Cleans and maintains models and show units.
- Cleans all vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
- Keeps all vacancies fresh and odorless.
- Cleans and maintains laundry facilities, clubrooms and other amenities (if applicable).
- Ensures safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintains supply inventory and makes supply requests as needed.
- Performs additional duties requested by the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
