Job Summary We're partnering with a growing, multi-location organization to add an HR & Payroll Specialist to a collaborative, people-driven team. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desired, as this role works closely with field teams and multi-location operations and offers clear room for growth as the organization continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Support semimonthly payroll for a large hourly and salaried workforce Review timekeeping, pay rates, overtime, tips, and deductions for accuracy Research and resolve payroll questions and discrepancies Maintain employee data across payroll and HR systems Assist with onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding Act as a point of contact for managers and employees on HR and pay-related questions Support benefits administration, documentation, and compliance activities Assist with employee relations matters and performance documentation Qualifications 2+ years of experience in payroll and/or human resources Background in hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations strongly preferred Familiarity with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and timekeeping tools Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving setting Clear communicator who handles sensitive information with discretion Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
