Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator to oversee and manage various human resource functions. The HR Administrator will ensure smooth HR operations, compliance with labor laws, and the efficient management of administrative tasks to support the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
  • Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance.

2. Recruitment Support:

  • Post job openings on various platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.

3. Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and comply with labor laws.
  • Support audits and maintain compliance-related documentation.

4. Payroll and Benefits:

  • Assist in payroll processing by updating employee attendance, leave, and other inputs.
  • Address employee inquiries related to benefits, leaves, and payroll.

5. Employee Engagement:

  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support grievance management and foster a positive work environment.

6. General Administration:

  • Manage HR-related correspondence, letters, and documentation.
  • Assist with office administration tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • BS or associate's degree in business administration as plus, but not required
  • 2 5 years in HR or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Outlook, Excel expert), Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Support-oriented
  • Great communication skills
  • Extremely organized
  • Proactive and Follow-through
  • Critical thinker and analytical
  • Professional, discreet and judicious
  • Must have a stable work history

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling payroll and benefits administration.
