Job Title: HR/Executive Assistant

Industry leading Software Company is seeking applicants to fulfill HR functions while also providing administrative support for executive management and sales staff

Responsibilities

  • Help with new employees (job postings, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Assist with resolution of employee issues
  • Conduct exit interviews for employees leaving aSa
  • Administer company’s medical, dental, vision, short term, long term and group term insurance.
  • Process monthly payroll and related payroll taxes as well as year-end tax forms
  • Upload monthly 401k and FSA information
  • Track staff PTO (Paid Time Off)
  • Backup to Office Manager for A/R and A/P tasks
  • Assist in planning the annual budget
  • Take meeting notes at monthly Executive and Manager meetings
  • Create customer license files, license agreements and letters for staff traveling internationally
  • Make needed arrangements and accommodations for annual trade shows
  • Help to plan bi-annual software forum for aSa customers
  • Assist in planning of company special events
  • Assist President/CEO and VP of Operations with administrative tasks
  • Assist VP of Business Development with travel and expense reports as needed
  • Complete other special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Competent PC user, skilled at using payroll and accounting software as well as MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to interact professionally with employees and customers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • 2 year Associates Degree or 4-year degree required.
