Role Description

We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our HR department by helping with various administrative tasks and ensuring our team members have the best experience possible. You will be a go-to person for HR-related questions and play a key role in maintaining our positive workplace culture. 

This is a part time role with the potential of becoming a full time role.

Starting compensation is $18.00/hour.

Requirements

• Background in Human Resources or a related field (experience is a plus but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment laws is helpful
