This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish and is passionate about human resources. As an HR Associate at Texstar, you will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce and contributing to the success of our growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related information.
- Assisting with benefits administration.
- Collaborating with management to support various HR initiatives.
- Providing support in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in HR or a related field is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
This position offers a salary at the minimum wage rate.
