Responsibilities: 1) On Site Attendance Monitoring a) Reporting / Data Reconciliation b) Liaison with HRBPs c) Escalating issues 2) Management Control Testing a) Executing test scripts b) Monthly reporting 3) Client due diligence a) Client Onboarding & KYC requests b) TRM Standardized Assessments 4) Assist with other projects as needed Qualifications – Associate Level: 1) highly organized 2) experience with project management 3) using Excel for detailed analysis 4) has some HR experience or is otherwise adept at dealing directly with people on sensitive issues 5) Strong written and verbal communication
