Overview:
The HR Compliance Associate supports the HR Compliance Specialist in managing CHOP's Child Protective Services Law (CPSL) clearance renewal program. This role provides first-level guidance on CPSL policies and assists with project management to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a tier-one resource on CPSL policies, providing guidance to employees.
  • Assist in project management related to CPSL clearance renewals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support CPSL compliance processes.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree required.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across all staff levels.
