Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Dashboard Specialist to design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights into HR metrics and performance indicators. This role is essential for delivering actionable data to support strategic HR decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive HR dashboards and reports that visualize key metrics such as employee performance, turnover rates, recruitment progress, and engagement levels.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to identify dashboard requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create user-friendly and impactful dashboards.
  • Integrate data from various HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) to ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting.
  • Monitor and maintain dashboard performance, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Provide training and support to HR teams on using dashboards and interpreting data.
  • Analyze dashboard usage and feedback to continuously improve dashboard design and functionality.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and HR analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Dashboard Specialist, Data Analyst, or in a similar role with a focus on dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting software.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics, KPIs, and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; certification in data visualization or analytics preferred.
