JOB DESCRIPTION
OVERVIEW:
  • The client DEI Data Coordinator position will support a variety of workstreams tied to long term tasks supporting corporate indexes, benchmarking and recognition work that the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion office is responsible to deliver to the business.
  • This position will include supporting the DEI team to execute various DEI focused indexes to completion with a primary emphasis on data collection, research and input, as well as project management and other tasks as needed.
RESPONSBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
  • Data collection and organization from various sources and systems.
  • Assist with building sustainable data tools within existing platforms for reporting optimization and streamlining.
  • Review existing data for potential changes & make suggestions to improve output, dashboards & performance.
  • Collaborate with DEI team as needed and assigned to specific on-going assignments.
  • Evaluate data for trends leading to corrective actions within the index data.
  • Provide support researching missing or inaccurate data submissions.
EXPECTATIONS:
  • Exceptional organizational, project management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in day to day obligations.
  • Proficient in working between longer term responsibilities and various day-to-day activities.
  • Comfortable to interact with all levels of personnel and management (internally or externally).
  • Deliver assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Excellent problem solving and reasoning ability.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office; expert level in Excel and reporting platforms
  • Aptitude in organization, leading projects and critical thinking
  • Detail oriented, ability to proficiently multi-task and able to manage multiple assignments
  • Superb oral and written communication skills
