Patterns Behavior Services is hiring an HR Generalist in North Conway!

SUMMARY:

The Human Resource Generalist completes administrative duties for human resources. This role will assist with the ongoing maintenance of record-keeping, file maintenance, new hire onboarding/offboarding, HRIS entry, COVID-19 compliance tracking and guidance, maintain positive employee relations and other related duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assists with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

Assists in provide guidance and clarification on HR policies.

Maintain compliant COVID-19 records (i.e., vaccination tracking as needed, positive tests).

Provide county level compliant COVID-19 guidance to employees.

Assists with efficient day-to-day implementation and operation of the HR policies and best

practices.

Assists in providing high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee

relations, compensation, performance management, and legal compliance issues.

Collects, enters and maintains employee meta data in HRIS and other employee platforms.

Partners with recruiting and training team to support a seamless onboarding and training

transition for assigned new hires.

Assists with performance management procedures.

Assists in the accuracy in record-keeping of new, current, and exiting staff.

Assist with employee relations matters by being the first point of contact for employees and

partnering with the Director to resolve.

Participates in HR investigations as needed as a witness and/or taking notes.

Assists employee offboarding, separations, and related paperwork in accordance with state

and federal regulations.

Assists in the completion of accreditation tasks and responsibilities

Creates a compassionate and efficient culture.

Completes work accurately and timely, meeting deadlines.

Maintains positive, productive, and collaborative working relationships with staff, clinical

team and management.

Maintains a respectful and integral working environment.

Maintains confidentiality of PHI and other privileged information.

Performs other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Must be at least 18 years of age, required

  • Must have High School Diploma, or equivalent, required

Background and fingerprinting clearance, Required

Human resources or administrative experience

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT:

Performance will be measured based on the implementation of the following:

Job description roles and responsibilities

Attendance and cancelation guidelines

Ability to accurately collect and maintain data

Maintains professionalism

Adherence and encouragement to safety and health standards

Communication with clients, families, peers and supervisors

Building positive relationships with clients, families, peers and supervisors

Contributing to a positive and respectful working environment

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Effective communication skills, both oral and written

Proficient in reading and mathematical skills

Familiarity with electronic devices, ie tablets, cell phones, computers
