Overview:
The HR Intern plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by contributing to various HR functions and initiatives. The primary objective of this position is to assist in the smooth operation of HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and facilitate talent acquisition efforts while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support new employee onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.

  • Help maintain HR documentation and employee records in compliance with company policies.

  • Participate in HR projects such as employee surveys, training programs, and performance management.

  • Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify trends and support HR initiatives.

  • Assist with HRMS administration, ensuring data accuracy and system maintenance.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand and support departmental HR needs.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with HR Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Understanding of HR-related software and digital tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong academic performance with a focus on HR, business, or analytical subjects.

  • Previous internship or relevant experience in HR is a plus, but not mandatory.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of human resource operations and functions.

  • Experience or coursework related to talent acquisition processes.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and statistics.

  • Hands-on experience in HRMS administration or eagerness to learn HR tech tools.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners to support HR strategies and initiatives.
