Job Summary The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all Human Resources activities, ensuring compliance with Brazilian labor laws while aligning HR strategies with the organization’s business objectives. The role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, training, and HR operations.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and department managers.Support organizational growth and workforce planning.Recruitment & Talent ManagementOversee the entire recruitment and selection process.Design and implement onboarding programs for new employees.Develop talent retention and succession planning strategies.Employee RelationsManage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.Conduct disciplinary inquiries and investigations when required.HR OperationsOversee timely payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR systems.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Manage timely HR reporting and analytics.Compliance & Labor LawEnsure compliance with Brazilian labor regulations and company policies.Work with legal and management teams on labor relations and union matters.Performance & DevelopmentLead performance management processes and employee evaluations.Implement training and development programs.Support leadership development initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with leadership experience.Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT).Experience with full spectrum of HR including payroll, HR systems, Talent Management and benefits management.Fluency in Portuguese and strong written and spoken English language skills is required for communication with overseas HQ. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
