Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager on a tem7 basis. This position works directly with the leadership team to promote and establish ongoing strategic growth within the organization. This person leads human resource management by directing recruiting, interviews, orientations, training, benefits administration, performance reviews, employee satisfaction/engagement surveys, etc. Additionally, this position provides oversight and direction to office management team. Job Responsibilities Coordinate with the leadership team to promote strategic growth within the organization. Direct various aspects of human resource management including. Performance review system administration. Salary and bonus system administration. Policy development and implementation. Employee engagement and retention strategies. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of HR experience. Strong organizational and planning skills. Team player with excellent people skills. Flexibility in fast-paced environment.
