Job description We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Human Resource Manager to join our team. This full‑time, salaried position plays a key role in supporting our HR operations by managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and committed to delivering a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with department heads Manage all aspects of the hiring process, including job postings, background checks, and employment offers Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation Assist with processing bi‑weekly payroll and maintaining accurate employee records Enroll new employees in health, vision, and dental benefit plans Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies Qualifications Previous experience in Human Resources, payroll, or recruiting preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion High school diploma or equivalent required; HR certification or related degree preferred Benefits Include 401(k) plan with up to 4% company match Company Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Vision and Dental Plans Supportive team environment with room for growth If you’re ready to play an important role in our growing team, we invite you to apply and help us build a stronger workplace from the inside out. #J-18808-Ljbffr
