About the Role We are seeking a mission-driven Human Resources Manager to help lead and support our team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. This role is fully on-site and plays a key part in hiring, developing, and caring for our team members. You will work up to 32 hours per week in the restaurant. Approximately 2–3 hours per day will be spent supporting restaurant operations alongside the team, with the remaining time dedicated to HR leadership and administrative responsibilities.
