Job Description –
1) Position – HR Manager.

6) Responsibility –
· Recruitment, talent sourcing, talent management, employee motivation, payroll management, and legal compliance.
· Recruitment and Staffing - Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
· Employee Onboarding and Offboarding - Developing and implementing onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively. Managing offboarding processes including exit interviews, paperwork, and ensuring smooth transition.
· Employee Relation - Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. Developing and implementing strategies to foster positive employee relations and maintain a productive work environment.
· HR Policies and Compliance - Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards. Keeping abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's practices remain compliant.
· Employee Engagement and Retention - Implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and implementing strategies to address areas for improvement.
