The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership and employees, leading all aspects of human resources management at the Hanon Systems facility. This role is responsible for fostering a high-performance culture through talent development, employee engagement, labor relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. ****MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKNG IN A PLANT Primary Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership: Provide guidance and direction on HR policies, practices, and programs to support business goals and maintain a positive work environment. Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent. Employee Relations: Foster a culture of open communication and trust. Handle employee concerns, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations in a fair and consistent manner. Labor Relations (if applicable): Manage union interactions, contract negotiations, grievance procedures, and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements. Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws as well as Hanon Systems policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports. Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee capabilities, leadership development, and organizational growth. HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement. Provide insights and recommend solutions. HR Project Management: Lead or support corporate HR initiatives, system implementations, and continuous improvement efforts within the site. Years of Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred) 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience working with unionized environments is a plus Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Proven ability to influence and partner with all levels of the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
