Human Resources ManagerLegrand has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join the Audio Video Division in Warsaw, IN. The role serves as an internal consultant to organizational leaders, partnering to build high-performing teams and plan for future growth through the design and implementation of comprehensive human resources programs. This includes organizational talent development, succession planning, engagement, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, recruiting and retention, compliance, and workplace safety.
