Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Metrics Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of HR metrics and analytics. This role is crucial for providing data-driven insights that support strategic HR initiatives and enhance organizational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive HR metrics framework to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and other HR functions.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify metrics requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across various systems and sources.
- Lead initiatives to enhance data collection processes and improve the quality of HR metrics and reporting.
- Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics and metrics.
- Provide training and support to HR teams and stakeholders on the use of HR metrics and data interpretation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Metrics Manager, HR Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role with a focus on HR metrics and analytics.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR data systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of HR practices, metrics, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in HR analytics preferred.
