The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support on issues/inquiries related to our processes and maintaining day-to-day operation to deliver results.As owner of the process, this role is accountable for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to vendors or COE across the enterprise. Additionally, analyst will execute transaction in our system to HR-related inquiries to Johnson Controls employees across the Enterprise. Active participation on Continuous Improvement projects and Automatization is highly expected. How will you do it? Process transactions in our HR system (Workday, SNOW & Oracle) such as Hire, Terminations, Compensation Changes, change organizations Assignments, etc, to ensure data accuracy and provide support to the HRR, Managers and Employees.Provide specialized administrative support to HR Responsible, Managers and Vendors.Responds to complex inquiries from different personnel across the enterprise.Reporting and auditing Data Management.Coordinate and manage interactions with Vendors and COE (Center of Expertise) for our day-to-day.What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.High English Level.Oral and written communication skills.Excel skills.
