Job Title: HR Operations Associate

Job Type: Contract (3 months)


Description: The HR Operations Associate will be responsible for managing daily administrative and operations duties. This role will help with employee master file maintenance, record keeping and supporting areas within the HR Ops function. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of employee data with Workday.
  • Scanning and uploading paper records into the Workday system.
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Assisting with policy and procedure revisions with guidance from HR leadership
  • Understands and respects confidentiality given this position has access to sensitive, private and confidential materials
  • Strong communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
  • The ability to prioritize numerous regular and ad hoc asks
  • Understands urgency and can execute under strict deadlines
  • Must be solution-oriented
  • Great teamwork and partnership skills

Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Must understand the importance of confidentiality and management of private personal information.
  • High School Graduate or GED required.
