This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with local labor regulations, and supporting operational excellence across payroll and HR processes.Main Responsibilities:Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.Validate timesheets, leaves, benefits, bonuses, and deductions.Audit payroll data to ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and third‑party providers to resolve payroll-related issues.Support internal audits and compliance reviews.Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform and improve HR practices and policies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.Proven experience in payroll processing or HR analytics.Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, labor laws, and compliance standards.Proficiency with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, SAP, Oracle, etc.).Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and inclusive work environment.The chance to make a significant impact on the company’s success.
