Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees. You will also be responsible for accurately maintaining the community nursing staff schedules.Education/Qualifications:Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year(s) experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration.Must possess a working knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers' compensation & unemployment.Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through HRIS software.Previous experience with scheduling preferred but not required.Shift & Wage:Full-Time Opportunity AvailableShifts Needed: DaysWage: Up to $25.00 per hourWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
