Position Summary The primary purpose of your job is to administer and perform human resources/payroll functions in the community in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles related to operations, state and federal regulations, and as directed by the Administrator. Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees. You will also be responsible for accurately maintaining the community nursing staff schedules. Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration, Human Resources, and Nursing Policies and Procedures. Education/Qualifications Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in payroll and/or HR administration. Must possess a working knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, workers’ compensation, and unemployment. Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through HRIS software. Previous experience with scheduling preferred but not required. Preference for Certified Nursing Assistant certification within the state in which you work but not required. Shift & Wage Full‑time opportunity available. Shifts needed: Monday – Friday.
