What You’ll Do As The HR/Payroll Specialist Payroll Management (70–80%) Full-cycle payroll for approximately 140 employees across multiple entities Biweekly processing, job costing, and compliance Utilize Excel for reporting and analysis HR Support (20–30%) Assist with benefits administration and performance management Provide backup support for recruiting and safety tracking Partner closely with the HR Manager on day-to-day HR initiatives What We're Looking For Experience: 3–5+ years in payroll and HR functions Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel; comfort with HR/payroll software Industry Exposure: Construction or manufacturing preferred Education: Associate’s degree accepted; Bachelor’s preferred (experience matters most) Soft Skills: Self-directed and dependable Comfortable handling conflict and working with diverse personalities Adaptable and tech-savvy Why Join the Team?
